Happy Thursday!
The math pop quizzes from yesterday were returned; please initial for a bonus point. The kids did demonstrated very good understanding of multi-digit multiplication!
In Library with Mrs. Tomm, students worked on their coding project. They will have one more full class to work on these, but may stay in at recess or lunch most days to work on their project. It is due March 18th! Presentations will take place after spring break.
Micah created a game which we played in P.E., today! It was fun:)
We finished our Winter Moose today, and they are looking wonderful. I will laminate them, then get them up in the hallway.
Some students played a Simple Machines board game to help reinforce the simple machines within compound machines. There will be a quiz on this early next week.
Report cards will go home tomorrow! There is a goal setting activity in it for you (the parent) to do, and for you (the student) to do after reviewing the report card together. It is meant to nurture areas of growth; I am looking forward to reading the goals that are set for the remainder of the term.
