Another late one as I helped out with the set for the Christmas play. It is looking fabulous! Sorry, no photos yet... I don't want to ruin your surprise.
Today, we had a whole school rehearsal following the Assembly, then another rehearsal for just our class around 11:15 until lunch. Monday is the dress rehearsal so kids are to wear their 'costumes'. For us, it's easy because they are wearing black and white.
We did some work in the Joyeux Noël package, a little bit of math pairs / arrays, and another Christmas Around the World. Today's was Israel, hence the previous post with a couple of linked videos. We are learning about the complicated situation in Israel, given the three main religious groups: Muslims, Jews, and Catholics. Even these groups are broken down further into different levels or organizations. The history is also complicated and challenging to understand.
