It's the end of another week.
We started off our day with Buddy Reading... this is always a pleasant time for everyone.
After book exchange, we went to the gym and played a game of basketball.
After recess we had a timed subtraction drill, then set up a bar graph to record the results of the last four times doing this same drill. We will continue this from now on after each drill.
We reviewed our onomatopoeia worksheets; the last page is due Monday. I showed the kids a Batman clip which used a lot of onomatopoeia in it. Such fun. Check it out yourself on Youtube.
In music, Mr. Rogers practiced their Christmas song: Huron Carol with the students. It is one of my favourite carols and will sound beautiful!
After lunch we started on a card for our Pen Pals, then watched a film called "One Big Hapa Family". Ask your child about it.
Have a wonderful weekend. Four weeks until Winter Break!
