Our day was busy; it didn't go quite as we had planned but we got there. Academically, we did a lot of little finish up things, like do our final 2015 timed multiplication drill and graphed the results on our line graphs. We also watched a couple of videos about how paper is made. Using our democratic process of using popsicle sticks, the students chose a piece of paper from yesterday's session with Mrs. Vickers.
Our morning started with Buddy Reading followed by the third annual CPE waffle breakfast, served by the grade sevens. What a lovely treat!
This afternoon, I had an opportunity to read some Christmas stories to the kids while they coloured or drew.
