Happy Last School Day Monday of 2015!
In Math this morning, we continued recognizing Prime and Composite numbers (L2). We also revisited the Factoring video (Math Antics) and worked through a Factorization pkg (L10). Students were give a lot of time to work on these, so they are both due for marking / review tomorrow.
After recess, we revisited Personification by marking a previous handout and assigning a new one. The latter, entitled Personification by Lill Pluta, is to be handed in. Several students also began their personification poster, which will be due Friday before the holidays.
Between recess and lunch, we were called to the gym for rehearsal. Tomorrow morning we will also be having a dry run of the concert.
Lastly, we revisited the Fracking article we had started. This is to be finished and submitted for marking by Friday.
REMINDERS:
Wednesday morning, first thing: Dress Rehearsal for Concert; Evening Concert @ 6:30.
Thursday: Dress for Christmas! Wear red, green, lots of bling, whatever you like:)
Friday: CPE Christmas breakfast in the gym! Come dressed in your pajamas and bring your favourite stuffy.
