We started our day introducing a new boy to our class: Seth. He joined us for the first part of the morning.
Off to Buddy Reading we went, then book exchange at the Library before P.E. where we played Bench Ball. That took us to recess.
Following recess, I showed a video about Factoring to reinforce what we have been learning in class. This also gives the kids a break from me talking. We entered notes in our Interactive Notebook, and then it was time for Music with Mr. Rogers.
After lunch we worked on our "Life cycle of stuff" presentations for Mrs. Vickers next week. This, and the story The Medicine Wheel (Stories of a Hoop Dancer) written by Teddy Anderson (yesterday's guest) took up our afternoon.
