Math - After reviewing and marking our perimeter worksheets from yesterday, the kids worked on some more perimeter problems. While addressing perimeter, we are also reviewing names of polygons, (regular and irregular), and various adding strategies.
*Their package is due tomorrow; they had lots of class time today to work on it.
After recess, we went to P.E., then reviewed our RAISE for Liam. We re-read Do Unto Otters to remind all of us about our commitment earlier in the year.
We started to mark our Language Arts today; we did not get to the new homonym sheets (in case these are mentioned in the agendas) but will do them tomorrow.
This afternoon, Mrs. Vickers came in for Beyond Recycling: We Are Nature. We were outside for the duration of this class. I have included some photos below of our fun, yet educational afternoon.
