Well, the Jays lost in the 10th inning.  Before that, however, we did lots of good stuff at school today.

We played some fun volleyball in P.E., and reviewed and marked some commonly misused homonyms (it's, its; to, too, two; there, their, they're; your, you're).

We also had our puberty talk today.  The students asked good questions, and I will be addressing additional questions from their surveys tomorrow. Please ask to see their booklets so that you can see exactly what they learned today.  The videos are linked on this blog (see Puberty Talk).

We spent much of the afternoon working on the Human Body unit, students working at their own pace and learning through their preferred learning styles.  They are really buckling down to work now, and I am very impressed with how it's going.

That's it for today. Enjoy your evening.
