Good day, everyone. I wasn't in today; Ms. Davies was my TTOC. I will write up what the schedule was but things may have changed throughout the day.
Math - Area and Perimeter Quizzes were returned from Friday. Please get these signed and returned for a bonus point.
Students watched an introduction to division on Math Antics, then completed a step-by-step worksheet with a Rob-led video. I am sure that Ms. Davies was able to answer and questions that arose from this session. I will review tomorrow before moving on.
After recess, the RCMP hosted a bike rodeo for our school. I am sure that I will hear all about tomorrow.
Language Arts - Students finally read "Healthy Foods, Healthy Habits" (I think it is called) from last week's schedule. I is a reading comprehension piece, requiring multiple choice and full sentences answers. This should be submitted tomorrow.
After lunch, students had music with Mr. Rogers, and then worked on their Human Body units for science. Ms. Davies was scheduled to do some testing with the students as they were ready.

SPECIAL EVENT: Please don't forget the Real Food Pot Luck tomorrow! Bring an item to share with the class; it should be made from ingredients as local and natural as possible. The kids also had a worksheet to complete for this 'Beyond Recycling' Eco Challenge assignment.
