Hello, everyone. It's been a week since the last entry; I was out of town. But I'm back!!
Students worked on their 'Little Buddy' stories this morning during Library time. Next week we will be sewing our books, so the kids need to work hard to get their typing done.
In math, we identified 3-D shapes and counted their faces, edges, and vertices. The kids have a few mini-nets to colour and fold.
Math Quiz - There will be a short quiz tomorrow applying the Divisibility Rules we learned last week. Students may use their booklets, but there will be bonus points given for NOT using their booklet.
Human Body Quiz - Any students who have not completed their oral quizzes for the human body units will be writing a quiz for each unit missed!
We played full court basketball today for a change. Now that the Toronto Raptors are out, who are you hoping for?
This afternoon, the kids participated in another Social Thinking lesson, then presented their French booklets: Les Sentiments (Je suis ....).
REMINDER that tomorrow are the District Track events for the district. I will be at the track with those students who will be participating; the others will remain at the school in various classrooms.
