What an exciting day we had... Pavel Barber and colleagues came to our school and worked with our class for over an hour playing floor ball!  I had never heard of it but apparently it has been very popular in Europe for over 30 years, and has just been accepted as an olympic sport.  I have included some photos of the kids (see below); they are not edited so please forgive me.

We got a lot more Human Body testing done today, but several students have a lot to do yet.  We also had some Novel Study presentations later in the afternoon.  I am really enjoying these. The hot air balloons over Canada art projects are also gradually getting finished.  Keep going boys & girls, the end of the school year is quickly approaching:)

I will be away for a few days (Friday - Thursday) so will not be posting a blog.  The TTOC (Ms. Kretchmer) will be planning the days; I will leave it in her very capable hands.  I have posted the Assignment Check today so that you can see which assignments may need to be done. The TTOC will continue to test and assess the above mentioned projects in my absence.

*Waivers went home today with those students who will be participating in the district track events next Friday (June 10).  Please sign and return asap.  Thanks.

Have a good evening.  I'll be back a week from today.
