What a day...

We started our day working on our stories for our little buddies.  The kids are really enjoying this project, and coming up with some great ideas.   Then we went to P.E. (it's right in the middle of our morning) and came back for Levi's Novel Study presentation.  Hopefully more will be ready for presenting in the next day or two.

A big part of our morning was watching the Ballet Competition taking place in Helsinki, Finland.
Mr. Rogers' son is one of the finalists so we streamed it and waited patiently for Zach to come on.  In the meantime, we got to see incredible dancing performances by people from around the world. It was fantastic!

While watching this, the students practiced their divisibility rules.  We will continue this in the next several days.

This afternoon, I led another Social Thinking lesson, and then we focused on the human body units.
I tested several people; many are almost done!

Now I am off to the Okanagan Culinary Arts experience at the Community Centre:)
