Our day was rather mixed up today, starting with PE first thing this morning, trading with Mrs. Klassen's class. We did this so that we could attend a session after recess with the "Bee Lady" who generously shared her knowledge of honey bees. The bees are back in Mrs. Pattison's room!!
Math involved doing some more Elapsed Time; these ones seemed more difficult so we didn't get through them all. We will finish these Friday.
We added one thing to our immigration lap book: about the SS St. Louis. Ask your child to find out its significance.
Mr. Redding had extra time today because the grade sevens are off camping so he worked with the students on the play. Then we returned to the class and worked on more props and sets.
FIELD TRIP TOMORROW! We will be leaving promptly at 8:30 so don't be late. Remember to bring water, snacks and a good lunch, and dress in layers!!
