Another event-filled day but not much to show for it with take home work.
We started our morning with our Little Buddies walking around the school checking out everyones' box creations. There are some in the show case at the front entrance but it only holds so many. Lots of Most Magnificent Things!
After that, we discussed the film Screen Agers from yesterday, looking at how technology helps us and hurts us. The kids had lots to add to our conversation.
After recess we did some math drills and grid addition. Then wrote the Forestry Quizzette to see how much they took in from yesterday's forestry presentation.
Lunch today was Subway for those who pre-bought a lunch.
After lunch was our first Exploration Friday session, students going to Art Around the World, Technology, Outdoor Education, or Multi-Media Creations. I will post photos in separate posts for the latter sessions.
There is lots happening in the community this weekend! Art opening at the Gallery, Jazz Night at the Regent, and Luna art installations around town tomorrow evening.
