Better late than never!  Here's how our day went:

We started our morning watching a Bill Nye "The Science Guy" video about The Phases of Matter.

Following that we started to created little notebooks about matter.  This took us to recess so we will finish them next week.

After recess we continued working on our Art Cards.  (No photos as they are a surprise!)
The kids worked really hard and were focused on their paintings.

After lunch we played a couple rounds of Debout les 7 (7-Up) using Halloween vocabulary.
We went to PE at 1:00 for some mini games of basketball.  They are getting much better!

Upon our return, we did another one-minute subtraction drill and graphed our results.  Then pages 30-32 of a math package about Representing Numbers were assigned.  Most students completed them during the assigned time; for others it is homework.

Somewhere during all that we did Agendas although I did not check and sign them.

Don't forget to talk with your children about their learning: what they are learning and why they are learning it.  It's more than just because the teacher has assigned it:)  Making connections to 'real life' is important to retention.

PAC HOTDOG LUNCH TOMORROW!  Bring a toonie if possible.
