Good day to all of you.  Our day was a busy one; here's what it looked like:

We started our morning in the gym again, running through the lines and order of classes for the Christmas play.  It is going to be fantastic!  Mr. Redding and Mrs. Strange are working are very hard, and several students are pitching in with backdrops and props.

In the meantime, the PAC volunteers were running the Christmas Craft Fair, giving the students a chance to buy gifts for family members and friends.  Thank you to all who gave generously for this occasion.  [We went from 10:30-11:00!]

Also this morning, students completed their portion of the Student-Teacher Reflection that will be going home next week with their Written Progress Profile.

Following that, students started working on a fun Joyeux Noël package to develop their French vocabulary.

We also learned about Ireland today for the Christmas Around the World focus.  The kids are quite enjoying these mini lessons, I think.

This afternoon we revisited the Distributive Property of Multiplication and worked through the front page of another worksheet.  I believe that it is becoming more clear for those students who are working through it.

Lastly, students worked on Holes, reading / writing a quiz / working on an activity / defending a project.  A reminder that all books should be finished, quizzes written, and at least one project defended before the Christmas break.  Not much time until then so some homework may be necessary.

No photos today.  Enjoy your evening.
