We started our morning with the 6th Annual CPE Spelling Bee! We started shortly after 9:00 and finished right at the recess bell:)
Fourteen students participated, from grades three to seven, and they all did very well! They should be very proud of themselves. Thanks also to the teachers who were time keepers and judges.
After recess we did a couple of multiplication & division drills, then added them to our double bar graph.
Next, we had three Famous Canadian presentations.
Finally, we had some time to work on the Perspective drawings.
This afternoon, Mr. Redding took the kids to Music.
In Library with Mrs. Tomm, students worked solo or with a partner to choose an Indigenous legend to retell. They will be working on this project for a couple of weeks, with practice time in class.
