Happy Thursday!
We didn't have a lot of teaching time today, with special guests and sports afternoon, but here it is:
We started with a self-assessment / reflection about the Famous Canadian projects / presentation. We also had three more presentations today.
Next, we did both A and B drills, and graphed the results in our double bar graphs.
After recess, we had a special performance: Twin Fiddlers. Two gentlemen from Saskatchewan and Nova Scotia performed and led a variety of audience participation songs and dance. The kids loved it! I tried to video a small piece at the start - see link. *The file must have been too big because it didn't transfer. Sorry about that.
This afternoon, students participated in Winter Sport Day in their family groups. A good time was had by all! Activities included: tea, hockey, curling, sledding, and an obstacle course.
