Hi folks.  Here's an overview of our day:

First, three reminders:
-early dismissal tomorrow for parent-teacher conferences
-Book Fair tomorrow
-Thanksgiving lunch in gym on Friday - bring a blanket and your own fork(s)

Inference Wednesday is another weekly focus intended to develop inferencing skills and explaining one's thinking based on clues or evidence.

We continued our focus on renewable and non-renewable energy sources today in preparation for the Power Smart Quiz tomorrow!  We also watched a short video about Force, Work, and Energy.

I do guiding reading with these information sheets, encouraging underlying key parts, drawing pictures or adding key vocabulary to help students focus on what is important.
