Wow!  Another busy day!  Here's what we got up to:

We started with a dictation of two sentences to practice some spelling words.   REMINDER: There is a spelling / vocabulary quiz tomorrow morning!
We did not get to work on our wolf reflections from yesterday because it was time for PE!

After recess, we did a quick +9 drill, worked through some more adding of columns of numbers, and practiced using digital roots to check our sums.  The students are persevering with this new concept and many are beginning to understand.
Next, the students got to go onto Mathletics for a change!

Directly after lunch we did Plangendas. Then Mrs. Krug, the Indigenous Student Support Worker joined our class while we reviewed some aspects of the Medicine Wheel.  Students made their own mini-version as part of a cycles booklet that we will be creating.

We ended our day doing another Zentangle for
our collection. "Footprints" is the name of this one.
