What we did today:
Math - First we did a Circle and Sort activity, discussing various math vocabulary. Next, we reviewed Making Tens and Mental Math addition tricks. All this is to build confidence regarding math and hopefully have fun.
French - We barely touched on this today. We set up our duotangs and started with some class instructions. I hope to continue this tomorrow.
Health & Career - After review our RAISE scrabble activity from last week, we worked on our class's commitment poster to following the school's RAISE. I read the book Do Unto Otters - A Book About Manners. This we will also continue tomorrow.
Music - This is my prep time. Mr. Rogers is teaching them how to play the ukelele!
Scholastic book orders were sent home today, and are due back Friday.
