Another busy day... so here it is in a nutshell again:

This morning, we started with Math, reviewing the 'adding to 9' strategy from yesterday.  It's basically +10, then -1.  Bence mentioned some other observations he made so we added these to our Interactive Notebooks.  (see photo)
We then did another drill for practice.

After recess, Tina came in for our Salmon Connection art lesson.  We made felted soap!  This felting lesson is one of several as we work toward needle felting salmon habitat scenes next week.

After lunch, we had gym where we played mini games of basketball. We played until 1:30 (past our gym time:)), then came back to class where we started some Hallowe'en Inchies.  Today, we made pumpkins (resist) and prepared a square for ghosts.

Somewhere near the end of the day, some students fit in Library Book Exchange.
