Today's blog is super short. I don't have my phone with me for photos so here it is in words:
Socials - We worked on Famous Canadians in the computer lab this morning, the last day for class time. Students will have to stay in during recess or lunch time to finish up their typing.
Martin Luther King Jr., - Students added to their previous "Song Report" notes, the we did a Reader's Theatre about an incident in his life (historical fiction). I videoed it so will try to post some time soon. I don't know how to do it (YET) but will learn.
We watched some more videos about keeping score in badminton - a complicated thing when first learning. We played doubles for PE.
The grade fours met to prepare for their upcoming Nordic skiing lessons next Tuesday!
Sadly, we received some tragic news about a student's father. We gathered for the remainder of the afternoon to discuss, cry, and just be together. My thoughts and prayers to the parents and families who knew him.
