Here's our day:

Students filled out their Agendas while I read aloud REFUGEE.  The kids continue to really enjoy this novel.

All of the grade fives (both classes) went swimming today.  The grade fours joined Mrs. Hall and the grade sixes and did some artwork!

We returned from swimming just in time for lunch.

After lunch, Mr. Redding took the students for Music class.  They are working hard to learn songs for the year end.

During Library with Mrs. Tomm, the kids finished presenting their legends.  This activity provided a good opportunity to learn about using the green screen.  Undoubtedly, they will be creating more projects using this method in future years.

At the end of Library, a Human Body Unit was introduced to the students.  (See below)  Students are to show their parents and get the package signed to ensure that parents are aware of the unit and expectations.
