Good evening, all.
We practiced singing O Canada in French again this morning and it is starting to sound really good! We didn't get to "Land of the Silver Birch" because Mrs. Duncan arrived to work with the four students who hadn't finished painting their sturgeons. Everyone is caught up to date now, thanks to our wonderful guest artist.
Those who were finished helped others do their Explosion Books. I think that everyone has now set theirs up. Finally, some students started to work on their cells - the weaving part. They are coming along.
After lunch, I read REFUGEE while the students filled in their Agendas. Then we were off to PE for a quick run-around before returning to write the Comparing and Equivalent Fractions quiz.
REMINDER: Tomorrow is the district track meet so those students who are participating need to come prepared wearing layers, have water, and a good snack / lunch.
