Wow! What a busy, productive day! Here's a look:
Students were fortunate to work with our guest fabric artist Mrs. Pendergast for the entire morning. They began with their planned quilt square from yesterday, transferring it onto their white square. Once they were coloured and outlined, students sewed their squares onto larger blue squares. Finally, some students had a chance to add 3-D paint to theirs; others will complete this part at a later date.

After lunch, it was a time of "Ketchup and Pickles": students got caught up with unfinished projects, including their Zentangle biome animal. Here are a few of their finished pieces.
At the end of the day, they created Valentines pouches for tomorrow.
